With a background in law and years of experience in the Marbella real estate market, Kimberly brings a strategic and client-focused approach to property transactions. Originally from Belgium, she has spent the past years in Spain, building a strong network and deep market knowledge.
Her career began at a Big Four firm in Luxembourg before transitioning into real estate, where she quickly excelled in delivering tailored solutions for buyers and investors. Dedicated to professionalism, discretion, and excellence, she co-founded Niora Realty to provide a boutique, personalized service that goes beyond traditional real estate.

Originally from Armenia, Meri spent most of her life in the UK before settling in Spain over a decade ago. With a foundation in accounting, she developed a sharp eye for financial detail, an invaluable skill in real estate.
Before entering the property sector, she successfully ran her own jewelry business, refining her expertise in client relations, negotiation, and luxury sales. Her transition into real estate was a natural step, strengthened by her personal experience in buying and selling properties in Spain.
